Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

Final payment is due before the service date, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted).

Cancellations within 48 hours of service may incur a cancellation fee.
-
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Service Conditions

M8 Explorer reserves the right to substitute vehicles of similar capacity if required.

All vehicles are non-smoking. Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is not permitted.

Eating and drinking on board must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to approval.

If eating or drinking is approved, a cleaning bond of $300.00 will be required, refundable if the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.

No eskies, ice bags, glass bottles, or drinking glasses are permitted on board at any time.

Passengers must comply with the driver's instructions at all times for safety.

Seatbelts must be worn where provided.
4. Delays & Liability

M8 Explorer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during the service.

The booking party is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service, including repair costs.

An additional cleaning fee will apply if the vehicle is left in an excessively dirty or unsanitary condition.
5. Passenger Conduct

Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the booking party.

Unruly or unsafe behaviour may result in termination of the service without refund.
6. Special Requests
-
Any special requirements (e.g., child seats, accessibility) must be requested at the time of booking.

We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.
7. Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
